ERA-01 SINGLE BLADED NIPPER

The ERA-01 uses a single-edge guillotine blade instead of the standard double-blade pinch. That means it cuts flush against the part instead of leaving a raised nub, so your gates come out clean with barely a mark left behind. Less sanding, less filing, more time actually building.

Specs

-CrV steel, precision-tapered 0.8–1.2mm edge

-Single-edge guillotine blade

-Best for gates up to 3mm (styrene, ABS) or 1mm (clear/translucent plastic)

-For thicker gates, cut in two passes to protect the edge

What it's for

Plastic model kits, resin, and PVC sprues. Avoid metal, polycarbonate, or hard resin, which can damage the blade.

Care

CrV steel resists corrosion but can still rust if left damp or unclean. Wipe the blade after use and store it dry. Our hobby wax helps keep it rust-free.
