What is the return policy?
All Eraoso purchases are final sale. We don't currently accept returns or exchanges. If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us at info@eraoso.com and we'll make it right.

When will I get my order?
Generally orders are shipped Monday through Friday. We work to get your order out as quickly as possible. Once your order has shipped, you'll receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Where are your products manufactured?
It depends on the product. Our hobby wax is made locally right here in Arizona. The ERA-01 nipper is produced by a manufacturing partner overseas that we vetted closely for material quality and consistency.
How much does shipping cost?
